Is this for storage only, or do you allow folks to stay aboard? I'd take it myself for a few months, but we're on a cat.

$500 seems cheap? Just left there 2 months ago and I was been quoted $15/ft min in that same area, 1/2 wanted $20/ft, maybe they priced themselves out of the market? This won't last long.
