Hi I have an unused all stainless steel Fleming windvane that has never been used. It comes with fitting tubes and brackets all unused and are designed to be cut to required size depending on transom profile. This is still being produced by Fleming. No it is the servo pendulum model. It also comes with the makers attachment bracket that allows a small autopilot to steer the yacht using very little power.

This wind vane is still available.It is an amazing piece of engineering and as stated earlier never been used.

How old is the unit, you say it has never been used, did you buy it new, or from someone else who did not use it from new. Where has it been stored whilst not in use. Are you able to post or send by PM any photo's please? Has it ever been fitted to a yacht?? Thanks Simon

In reply to Wannabe Cruiser:I tried to PM you but no luck. The wind vane was manufactured in 2007,it was first purchased in Australia to fitted to a yacht in Ireland. This never happened and I purchased it early 2017 to be fitted to my Victoire. I currently have an auxiliary rudder wind vane that I was going to change because it could not cope in all wind strengths but I have now sorted this out. It has been stored in my garage since purchase and it is as shiny as the day it was made.I repeat it has never been fitted to a yacht. Please PM me and I will sent pictures to your email. I have had two time waster say they are buying this right up too the point of asking if I have received the money that their banks have seemly sent.John
