All boxed up my guess would be about 30 pounds. 4'x4'x1' box. UPS ground would probably be the cheapest way to ship. These are approximate weights and dimensions but should be close enough to get an idea of shipping costs.

I have a pair of Dahon Mariner folding bikes for sale in St Pete FL. Shipping goes indeed kill the deal. I could have sold a couple times - shipping is over $100/ea when I checked.
