For Sale: Great running Perkins 4108 for sale

I have a good running Perkins 4108 that I’m taking out of my Pearson 386. It has a new starter, 100 amp Bomar alternator, smart regulator,serpentine belt system, new water pumps ( fresh and salt water), walker air sep system and more spares then I can count. It also has the complete exhaust system including the exhaust hose, water lock muffler and stainless exhaust outlet, full harness and panel. The engine runs perfectly and I’ve averaged 1/3 gal per hour at 1700 rpm. I’m selling because I got a deal on a new yanmar that’s just too good to pass up. I’ve resealed the Perkins two years ago so the oil leaks are under control. She comes with a Hirth V drive 2:1 ratio (HBW 150V). The engine has 3000 hours and has been meticulously maintained. The engine has been removed from my boat in November 2019. I’m asking $6500 for the whole package. It’s located in Putnam County New York and will be available for pick up or I can ship it.
