A misdiagnosis resulted in ordering a new motor, and thus I have a honda 30hp with the rare 25" shaft for sale. Runs great, freshly serviced and has a newer powerhead, and 150psi compression on all 3 cylinders. Includes control box, harness and throttle/shift cables, a bunch of props, and tons of new spares. Perfect for a catamaran, or any sailboat with a bracket that can handle a motor this size (about #150). Happy to put on a pallet and work with shippers. Will ship from Punta Gorda, Florida, or happy to show in person. Asking $2500
