Re: Hookah dive rig

You could build your own pretty cheaply, may not be the floating variety, but with a 100' air hose, it would reach pretty far. I bought a California Air oil-less aluminum compressor, dive regulator, PVC air hose all for under $400. The compressor is very, very quiet and can run off of my inverter when at anchor.
Just a thought......

I have no affiliation with this company.

What hose are you using as breathing hose? Please be specific.

I believe I bought this one: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-3-...-HOM/305049150

Is it not correct? I did run water through it to flush it out before I used it, not sure if that helped, figured it was a good idea.

Yes, it's correct. If you want to poison yourself, that is.

Something specifically rated to supply breathing air and certainly not pneumatic tool hose. Check with your local scuba shop or any online supplier of scuba equipment.

Seriously, you shouldn't be cobbling together an underwater breathing apparatus if you have no idea what you're doing.
