Hydraulic Linear Drive for autopilot

I have a Smiths Industries hydraulic linear drive, 12v the ram is listed at max pressure 75 bars, attached motor has a recommended working pressure of 60 bar. Looks like it was manufactured 9/94. It came with a a simrad system I bought but since I have hydraulic steering I don't need the linear drive.

500$ OBO , buyer pays shipping from Columbus OH 43202.

I haven't hooked it up but it was reported in good working order when I bought it a month ago.

Willing to trade for other boat stuff Radios, electronics etc.

Hi I am interested in the linear drive. Can you tell me how long the throw is? Thanks, Scott

I'll measure it for you when I get home. Do you just need the total length the shaft extends?

Extends 13 inches from body measured at the center of the fitting. 14 inches measured to the end of the fitting.

Overall length is 31 inches from end of fitting to end of body.

Measuring from the end of the fitting to end of the casing 31" fully extended and 20.5" when fully compressed

Re: Hydraulic Linear Drive for autopilot

Hello Sbwallace,

Is this autopilot still available ? Mine is all rusty. I can pay for the delivery as well as I am living in Europe.

Best regards,
Clément Leroy.
