New in a box never been opened (taken out of the box) I was going to use it on a sailboat on lake superior. selling the boat never got around to installing it.

What is the date of manufacture? Do you also have a tuner?

Do you have any photos of the radio itself? Is it completely scratch and dent free? I ask because the box doesn't look to be in very good shape.

I sent some photo's this morning. I do have a tuner it is mounted to a board to use but never used or ever hooked up. I am asking 250 for the tuner.

Great radio but Icom do not support anymore they have moved on to the 803 has a few more features and more user friendly ..

BUT 802 IS SOLID UNIT ...

I talked to Icom today. The unit is still supported, and if you buy a new one, from a dealer, it's still got warranty.

It is discontinued, but still supported.

Just the same. I'm going to buy one from a dealer in Canada.

I don’t think so. A person a few days ago said he would buy both. I am on vacation until Feb. 12 , so I can’t do anything with him untilI get back. If the deal falls through I will let you know
