The publisher is selling it new for about $75.00, second edition. Be warned that there are some incredibly inflated prices on Amazon (like $3500) the book may have been chosen for some illegal money-laundering purposes.

Often true, but the folks who investigate and prosecute money laundering have publicly said this is one of the ways that they have problems trying to track or control.

45x the MSRP is not likely to be an algorithm on the fritz. 2x, 3x, maybe. Tenfold maybe. But 45x?

That's about as genuine as the "2TB" USB drives that were being sold for $32. A few suckers bought them and actually found they usually didn't work at all. (Quelle suprise.)

IIRC the publisher's page said March 18th but taking orders now. At $79.95+ MSRP so Amazon shouldn't be worse. Still, an autographed first edition...
