It has never been programmed , never even out of the box
except to read the manual and take the picture
and comes with the programming CD and
cable. As far as warranty goes I honestly
don’t know. I am a private individual and not
a store or dealer. The unit was purchased over a year ago
and not installed. We decided to go with a VHF
radio with receive only function that did not require
programming. Less complicated and fits our needs.
