Marina Berths - Darwin Australia

I have two freehold marina berths for sale in Bayview Marina, Darwin, Australia. Note, these are freehold property.
The berths are within a lock operated marina estate and a safe haven during the cyclone season.
I no longer require the berths as I have sold my yachts and move away from Darwin.
Annual fees include body corporate & rates.
13m berth annual fees approx $2600
15m berth annual fees approx $3000
Liveaboard permits are available with approval of the BC Management.
Selling prices:
13m berth $85K
15m berth $105K
Will consider all reasonable offers.

Can you send a photo of where the 15M site is and let me know its width.
Is it also able to be sub leased if i am not using it?

Send to where.?
You can google earth Bayview Marina. The berths are numbers 97 & 98. I will check on dimensions. I used to have my Radford 14.8m in the berth with plenty of room between the next yacht. It is not suitable for a catamaran. Yes, you are able to rent just like any freehold property.

Re: Marina Berths - Darwin Australia

Hi, I noted from the marinas Web site that the draft limit is 2.5 metres.
Unfortunately my vessel is 2.8 so I guess that puts an end to that idea but thanks anyway.
