ICOM has updated the M802 but everything below is completely compatible and will allow you to prepare yourself and your boat for SSB or HAM communications. All you’ll need to do is look for a deal on a new ICOM M803 or used ICOM M802 (the “B-kit”).

New this would cost over $1500 plus tax and shipping.
