Want To Buy: Maxwell RC8-8, RC10-8 Windlass, or Manual Windlass

Hello CF members! I'm looking for a new, new old stock, or lightly used Maxwell RC8-8 or RC10-8 windlass, preferably with capstan.

I'm also willing to go in a completely different direction, and find a Muir Hercules windlass or Simpson Lowrance Seatiger series.

I'm in the Boston area, happy to pick up locally or will pay for shipping. Thank you for checking your pile of boat stuff! (we all have one of those, right?)

I have a Maxwell RC800.
Uses 5/16” chain, have one foot control.
I mounted it, never used it. Removed & installed a larger unit.
It costs $549 new, when purchased from Defender in June, 2010.
Selling price is $250, without freight.

Thank you for the reply and offer of the RC800. It looks like that windlass would be undersized for my needs, displacement, and anchor/chain weight.
