I am selling a highly sought-after share to the Spa Creek Sailing Club. This private non-profit club consist of twenty members who combined own three beautiful sailing yachts, a Catalina 34, Beneteau 311, and a Catalina 320. The membership allows unlimited use of the boats for up to six days at a time and an online reservation system for advanced reservations. You can take the well-equipped boats overnight on adventures in the Chesapeake Bay. Spend your days sailing and nights in Annapolis, Baltimore, St. Michaels, Solomons Island, or that secret gunk hole, the choice is yours. All three boats include a fully stocked galley with stove and refrigerator, and capacity to sleep a minimum of six. The Catalina 34 has built-in air conditioning for those hot summer nights.

Two of the boats (Beneteau 311 and Catalina 320) are in a marina in Annapolis and the third boat, the Catalina 34 is kept at the beautiful Herrington Harbor South resort. Club members have access to all marina amenities. The Annapolis marina has a pool, workout room, and access to the Annapolis water taxi for hassle free transport to all Annapolis has to offer. The Herrington Harbor South resort includes a pool, beach, onsite restaurant, lighted tennis court / basketball / pickleball, fitness center and sauna, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards, beach and lawn games, water fitness (seasonal) and evening and weekend activities.

The club also owns a dinghy for use on the Catalina 34 at Herrington Harbor South.

The membership share is $6,500 which represents 1/20% of the club assets. When you leave the club, you sell your share to the next member. Annual dues (used to pay for maintenance on the boat and slip fees) is $2,800/year. There is no additional cost to use the boats or any of the facilities.

Opportunities to purchase into this club are rare as the membership roster is fixed at twenty. The only way to join is to purchase a share from a member. With the value the club has to offer (unlimited sailing on three beautiful, and equipped boats for $2,800/year) the shares go fast.
