This a used MPPT controller, not the cheaper PWM controller. Unit is great shape, was installed in my boat for only 9 months. I had to change controllers because I increased the size of my panels.

If you haven't bought a new one, these can actually be used with panels that might max out above the 45 amps. They have a white paper on their site that talks about having more solar than the controller is rated for.

Interesting. I tripled my panel power so I'm over double with it is rated for. I already got a new controller and the system is all done. Thanks for the input.
