New, sealed in package. This EPIRB was sent to us as a warranty replacement, but it was not going to arrive in time for our trip so we had to buy a new one. This replacement one was waiting for us on our return and we just opened the shipping box. Sells new for $510 (also what we had to pay to buy one last summer).
