600 bucks or best offer. Be warned, these things are huge and are in fairly rough shape, hence the low price. The drum is in good condition but they need to be taken apart and cleaned and the black plastic bit at the top of one needs to be replaced.

Base size is 9 3/4"

OK, these are not actually manual winches, but are the top half of electric winches so I wouldn't buy them unless you happen to have the gearbox etc parts lying around
