Just wanted to point out those expandable planks are selling new for about $250 cad. From home depot. I buy them for work from a scaffold supply for closer to 200.
Lots of different manufacturers, Trigger, Werner, Sturdy, feathering...
Good luck selling it, but I think you will have trouble at that price.
