I am trying to clean up my garage as I will be 80 next year, some health issues and should slow down. So, contact me for details or come to Pensacola and look them over.
None of these engines are in running order, they could be rebuilt or parted out.
Asking prices: Perkins 4.154 (Kohler) 20KW genset Radiator cooled $1995
4.156 propulsion engine $995, Yanmar 2GM & 2QM both for $995
Westerbeke L25 $995. Several Perkins 4.107s, one running take out w/lo oil pressure $1995, other 4.107s from $995.

2GM for $300 + shipping. It is all there including trans, but is seized and must be rebuilt.
If we ship Southeastern Freight Lines, Terminal to Terminal is the least expensive. You just go to the nearest SEFL Terminal and they will load it on your truck or trailers. I will put on a pallet and deliver to Pensacola SEFL, no charge.

These 4.154's do not have glow plugs. Some do some don't.

Reason I ask, I have a Westerbeke W58 that is the same block as a Perkins 4.154 series 200 and shares most of the basic parts. Wondering if there is a series 100 or something that is a different block.

I think there were several series. The greatest use of this engine was the Mazda pickup in the 1980's, built by Mazda in Japan.

The two 4.154's we have are from a Kohler 20KW Generator and a core from a Morgan OI sailboat, both early models. Neither have glow plugs. A local friend has a 4.154 in his sailboat with glow plugs, however, given our Gulf Coast air and water temps, he rarely uses them to start his engine.
