Very poor to non existent support from the overseas company and their US reps and dealer. And to top it off outrageous prices on parts if they are even available.

In my case, it was the best furler I had. It was installed on a Hylas44 used 15 years between the Caribbean and the northern country. This furler is well built and I never ever had any issues with it.
