- 3 70mm zincs
- 2 unopened tubes grease

- 3 Allen wrenches

- cotter pins

- 2 additional unopened tubes grease.

Too bad mine takes a 63 mm zinc. If you decide to sell the rest separately from the zincs themselves please let me know.

How old are the opened grease tubes? I have found that it separates if a couple of years old.

Items were purchased from PYI June, 2017. Grease tubes are not opened or used, all are still factory sealed ends. Although I am not aware of any separation issues with PYI (Lubriplate 130-AA) grease, and since this is a good topic for other members to know about I will ask PYI and Lubriplate for a response and post it tomorrow (Monday).

I called Lubriplate customer support, and PYI customer support and here is what I was advised.

Lubriplate: Shelf life for unopened plastic tubes (10oz) for No. 130-AA (as supplied by PYI) is 10 years at room temperature. If after prolonged storage or due to higher temperature storage any separation does occur as noticed at the first "squeeze", simply knead the tube for a few minutes before use. (Pirate007 comment: which is something that should be done even if just purchased from an auto supply store.)

PYI: Customer service rep was not aware of any customer feedback or compliant about the Lubriplate 130-AA grease that is recommended/supplied by PYI. The rep did agree with the information provided by Lubriplate above.

So, assuming you grease 1 prop every year, the product will still be within shelf life. At the price offered you could grease every 6 months and still come out ahead.

Please do not turn this thread into a greasy QA. If you want to continue a discussion about grease and all of its pros/cons then please start a new thread in the appropriate forum.

I have had some interest in the items but did not want to sell them until I was satisfied the grease products were ok.
