For sale at US$2500, this complete 12v Rainman Watermaker is approx 4 years old but lightly used due to the boat being laid up for most of this period and we have upgraded to an AC model , the whole system is in excellent condition and comes with new HP and Supply Hoses.

This 12v system will produce (depending on water temperature appox 26 to 34 litres 7 to 9 gph) per hour.

Pleases note this a 12v System and is recommended for a minimum 400amp 12v Battery Bank.

12V DC Electric Desalinator:

This lower power, lower output system is ideal for use when you are running solar/battery for your main power source.

Sturdy injection moulded polypropylene shell.

Permanent Magnet totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) DC motor.

Draws 32 amps (400 watts) including integrated lift pump in portable configuration (current draw may vary +/- 10%).

Can be configured to draw 25 amps (300 watts) by bypassing integrated lift pump and providing your own boost pump.

Pre-filter and housing externally mounted for ease of service.

Integrated impeller pump to lift water and provide positive pressure to the high pressure pump.

General Pump WMR series 316 stainless steel high pressure pump, the workhorse of the RO industry.

General Pump relief valve to prevent overpressurisation.

Sturdy 5 metre draw hose fitted with one way valve so it remains primed, with detachable strainer.

High pressure stainless steel quick couple outlet for connection RO membrane unit.

Two5 micron pleated paper pre-filter cartridges included.

Membrane Details and Specifications:

Single 40″ Dow Filmtec Reverse Osmosis Membrane will produce depending on water temperature. 26 to 34 litres per hour (7 to 9 gph) with our 12VDC pressure supply unit.

If desired the entire membrane can be permanently mounted and installed with included rubber mounts.

All saltwater plumbing is 316 stainless steel.

Quality fluid filled pressure gauge.

Rugged polyethylene case.

5 metre (16 ft) input hose with quick fit connector for connection to pressure supply unit, won’t mark your deck.

3 metre (10 ft) food grade polyurethane fresh water delivery hose.

3 metre (10 ft) brine waste hose.
