I have a 12V basically new Raymarine Type 1 Mechanical Rotary Drive for use in a system that uses a chain and gear arrangement. I got as replacement for my original and it had a bearing issue and ran 2 hours. I send it back for repair and haven't taken it out of the box since and it still has over 2 years of warranty on it. Due to schedule I didn't want to wait for the repair and got another, but don't need a spare on the boat.
