Keth - Just talked to Venmo. They are having an issue with delay in making new users visible. Their suggestion - I don't need to "request payment" you can just "pay me" Regulator plus shipping is 157.90

There are just a few steps to make a payment:
1) In the upper right hand corner of the app's home screen, tap the icon with the square and pencil (if you are on an iPhone). For Android Users, this icon is in the bottom right of the screen.

2) Add recipient

3) Add the amount you'd like to pay

4) Add a note in the "What's it for?" field. (This is necessary to make a payment or payment request.)

5) Tap "Pay"
