For Sale: Schneider Conext XW+ 6.8kW, 48V inverter/charger

I realize 48V is unusual for boats, but more and more people are moving in that direction, so I offer this up.


One Schneider Conext XW+ 6848 Inverter/Charger. This is 60hz, 120/240V split phase power (no transformer required like is needed in Victron systems), 6.8KVA, 120A, 48V DC. This unit is about 5 years old and I have used it with both lead and LFP batteries. These are very widely used in grid-tied power systems, but because they are only available in 48V, don't have a lot or presence in marine application. Includes a System Control Panel (SCP), Auto Generator Start (AGS), and Communications Box (Combox) for remote access.


Located in Central Vermont, and I can meet up for a hand off somewhere in New England, or alternately in the greater Seattle Area. I might also be able to manage a delivery elsewhere when I drive from New England to Seattle early next year. Because of the weight, I would prefer no to ship it.


Sells new for about $3000. Asking $1000 for the complete package.


Also available is an XW MPPT 150/60 which is a companion solar charge controller, 150V max solar panels, and 60A max charge current. Sells new for $600+. Asking $200. This I can ship at buyers expense.
