Doug- are they really "voltage adapters" or are they "plug adapters" that allow you to plug your 120/240v computer or iphone into 240v? Would like more details on these adapters- i.e.-brand/model number. Thanks

Looks like they are more plug adapters than a true converter, but a lot of power supply units for computers, tv's etc have a very big voltage input range. My computers range for the power supply is 100 - 240V and outputs 19V @ 3.16A
