Want to Rent: SoCal: Need yard to work on mast

Hi,
I’m in SoCal, Long Beach area. I want to pull my mast and take it somewhere to work on it for a few days. I’m going to remove the hardware, sand the corrosion spots off, reinstall the hardware, put clear coat on it, replace spreaders, etc. No painting.

It’s very difficult to find a place that will let you do this in the area. Almost no marinas or yards let you work on a mast nowadays. I was hoping to see if anyone knows a place anywhere within about an hour of Long Beach where you can rent some outdoor space to do a project like this. Thanks!

I don't know of a place within an hour of Long Beach, but,
You can take your boat to Oxnard- Anacapa Boat Yard. Have them pull the mast.
From there you work on the logistics of whether you stay in Oxnard or motor back.

Anacapa will let you work on your mast.
