My apologies to you endeavour, my comment was NOT directed to you personally but more to the general forum members. if you read page 3 you will notice just how many other folk were asking the same question which suggests, when a person sells an item, please remove it from the 'For Sale' listing or at least post a message … "Windlass Sold! Thanks for your inquiry."

BTW, welcome to the forum Endeavour ... don't be scared off just because some of us are old and crotchety. Generally speaking, I've found this to be a great forum with many very good & knowledgeable people. As for me, I'm just a miserable old fart trying to sell a good traditional style boat but having difficulty attracting a buyer because of people who continually post their personal negative opinions about Teak decks and lots of Teak trim.
Keep in mind, there are people out there who appreciate such a vessel or, could it be I'm the last person in the world to love such a boat?
