Victron Quattro 12/5000 for sale, 220/230 volt new in box

Victron Quattro 12/5000 for sale, 220/230 volt new in box
Up for sale is a like new Victron Quattro Inverter Charger. I screwed up, or the company did, whatever, anyway, I received and started to install this inverter before I realized it was NOT a 120 volt, but rather a 220/230 volt, European model. They say it was a special order and won't take it back. The default setting is currently 50hz, but can be changed by selecting 60 hz in the settings. The company would not take it back, so I am offering it for sale. I've since purchased the 120 volt model which I've installed and love. The shipping info is shown below, along with the actual Inverter Charger in the original packaging and instructions, mounting hardware, base plate, etc. We are currently in a marina in Port Orchard, WA, and due to the weight it is local pickup only. With Tax and Shipping, this Inverter Charger was close to $4,000.00. Offering for $3,000.00.

Awe, they should do a return/refund esp against the next purchase. But Im surprised you didnt just do a split panel with 120/220 power circuits which can come in handy if you have a 220 appliance.

Good luck selling in the US. Maybe someone who needs 220?

it's not just the euro model, this one is correct if you have a 50a 240v boat and want to power all of it from a single inverter. just need to add the auto transformer after it to create 120v

I didn't want to further complicate the boat by adding 220v by using this Quattro. The company DID give me a significant discount on the correct one, which unfortunately still left me with this one!

Note: I didn't realize the ad was still up. I thought I had removed it as we've been on a trip to Glacier Bay and back since May. We won't be back in Puget Sound until end of August, at which time I'll try again to sell the 220v unit. The 120v Quattro had been absolutely SUPERB on the trip to Alaska!
