Actually, it's neither. I've asked the mods at a few forums how much they want to hear about things like this. I've gotten different answers, ranging from a resounding "yes!" to a terse "don't waste our time." I try to respect each forum's preferences so as not to be a burden to the mods. The problem is remembering which is which.
