For Sale: Westerbeke 30B3 Engine with JS Transmission

I am repowering to an electric drive so everything needed to make diesel power work in a sailboat is available.

Engine needs to be evaluated due to low compression. All other components in good working condition; heat exchanger, starter motor, transmission, alternator, water pump">raw water pump, exhaust elbow, etc.

Injection pump and injectors are 3 years old. New glow plugs.

Sitting on a pallet near Kingston, WA. $700 for the lot if you can pick it up.

Are you only selling the whole engine, not separate parts?

I prefer to sell it complete and believe it will be a good engine for someone who wants to rebuild it. If that doesn't work out, I will sell parts.
