[SOLD] Yanmar 4jh2e diesel sailboat engine with gear

497 hrs clean with panel doesnt run, seems to be stuck wont turn when you put wrench to crankshaft didnt want to force it, so selling as is, for parts, salvage, repair. came out of 42 foot sailboat i bought for spare engine for catalina 42 , i cant answer anything else about it dont know whats wrong, never got a mechanic to look at it if i did get it running would sell for much higher price i am selling for $1,900 located in new bern nc area

You mean his history of maybe buying and selling used boat items? I have not seen any negative feedback from anyone saying he's a rip off. Maybe just a free enterprising guy. You have those in Oz don't you?

Uhhh, OK. If you disassemble it I would be interested in the KBW-20 transmission. I don’t know what other parts are cross-compatible with the 4JH-TE.
