For Sale: Yanmar/Kanzaki KM2P 2.21 gearbox (used)

Last year when changing my very old propeller, I found out that the gear ratio of my gearbox was wrong for my type of hull (classic full keel). After a lot of searching I found another KM2P gearbox with the correct ratio for my hull and replaced the original KM2P gearbox. Hence it's for sale now.

- Gearbox is estimated around 25 years old (came with the 3GM30F that was installed around that time by the previous owner)
- In good working condition, mostly used for moving in/out the marina (boat was a weekend sailing boat)
- Engine was repainted (crudely) at some point and parts of the outside of the gearbox received some paint as well.
- No cracks in bell housing, no leaks.
- Has some surface corrosion here and there but nothing serious (see photos).

Asking $250 excl. shipment cost. Willing to ship worldwide.
