New lip seal, SS Bearings, painted bracket & pully (not glamorous, but it was wire brushed, ospho treated and primed). Packed with grease. I will include a used impeller that looks ok.

I benched tested it and seems to work great no drips.

I salvaged this one from a partial submerged yan and decided to bring it back from the dead.
