How long is the sailing season South Western Erie

I have two questions,

How long do you can I expect to be able to sail with reasonable weather around the Sundusky, Port Clinton area?

Anyone know the going rate for a dock at a marina in the Port Clinton, Sandusky Area? I am wanting to leave my sail boat in the water for september, october so I can cut down and pulling it up every weekend, and then having to step the mast each time.

Thanks Everyone
