larger haul-out on lake erie

I am eyeing a change from Lake Huron to Erie, for some different scenery, fewer rocks, and closer to home.

Biggest problem appears to be getting hauled. Our beam is 18'3". The biggest travelift we found was in Port Dover marina, 3 inches too small and they were sure they couldn't lift us.

Anyone with ideas for a larger lift on L. Erie?

Maybe riverfront yacht service in Cleveland. They have a couple cats in their yard and a large crane.

Harbor North in Huron Ohio might be able to do it. They use a crane

Spitzer marina in Lorain, lakeside yc in Cleveland could do it , and I would guess mentor yc and somewhere in Erie as well. The Canadian side is pretty light of those kind of places. Maybe around Windsor and then bring the boat to the lake, to somewhere like leamington? We met people there last year that do that.

How about a launching at a Marina on Lake Ontario and then take the Welland canal upbound to Lake Erie.. the canal only takes a single day..
