NYS Canal NOT opening May 15

NYS Canal staying closed for now. No open date. No maintenance underway.

From what I've read, they had the following locks pumped out for maintenance this winter: C12, E7, E13, E19, E23, E26, E33, E34/35. Based on that, once they're ready to start up again, there are only a couple sections of canal that will be able to open quickly. Most of the Erie will take a while to open, as they have to finish maintenance on those locks.
