Boat shows Specials

I am taking delivery of a new Cat in La Rochelle, France this fall. There will be at the same time a huge boat show at the end of September.
Does anybody know if there are good deals to be made at these European boat shows for buying all required equipment (ie: safety equipment, electronics, even RIBs) ? Thanks!

There are usually good deals, but depending upon the manufacturer, prices in Europe may be higher to begin with. The make and model that you may be familiar with might not be what they have available, and the directions may be in French or German. That might make electronics interesting to set up or calibrate.
