boat storage costs?

I am currently preparing to sell my house and buy a boat to live aboard. My question for yall here is, as I will travel for work late Aug-early Nov and Jan through early May i will likely need to store the boat. What can i reasonably expect to pay monthly to put it on the hard. Likely in north Carolina areas as i would rather avoid keeping it in Florida when I'm not close in the event of a hurricane. The rest of the year i plan to cruise the east coast and the Bahamas.

Up here in Norfolk at this time, it's $10.00/ft/month plus haul out and launch.

Probably much more expensive the further South you go unless at a small of the beaten path marina/boatyard.
