Co-working space New Bern, NC

Hey all,

Is anyone aware of any co-working space in New Bern, NC that is walking distance from the grand marina?

If not true co-working space, perhaps a virtual office business that one could establish as a commercial address and receive mail, packages, etc.

I found one online several miles away but it's only co-working unless you sign up for a year and it is not walking distance (for me anyway).

I've seen co-working in Beaufort and other cities catering to working cruisers and the like.
