Escrow deposit help in Florida

Hi, hoping for a bit of help. We are making an offer on a boat and it will be a private seller, no broker. I'm wondering about how to handle our deposit. Is there an escrow service in Florida that anyone would recommend to use that had reasonable rates and works with boaters? It's a wonderfully nice couple that is selling the boat, but it's a good chunk of deposit money and not sure how to handle this so we are all protected until after survey and closing. Any input helps, thanks!!

I think almost all the boat registration services offer this. I used ASAP Marine,
https://www.registeryourboat.com/ for this when purchasing a boat in Martinique, so a local escrow should be a piece of cake for them. Didn't cost much either.
