Recommended Surveyor -- Baltimore, Md Area

Trying to get as much help as possible while starting as few arguments as possible.

I am nearing the point of making an offer on a 1980 sailboat that is currently near Baltimore, MD. My best friends and advisors who live aboard their IPY are, unfortunately, off the grid and unable to respond with helpful advice. I have seen the boat and know of a few issues, but they are issues that I am confident I can take care of. Before I actually make my offer I'd like to know how to find a competent local surveyor who really knows older monohulls well and won't be in the back pocket of the broker.

Advice? Thoughts? Not really looking for anyone on here to tell me that this *is* or *isn't* the right boat... but I want to confidently know that the boat is what I think it is.

Peter Hartoft in Annapolis has done two surveys for me over the last couple decades; excellent. I presume he'll go to Bal'mer...
