most all the marinas in Washington state are getting more and more anti DIY. And the crazy people in charge of them basically do not want you to work on your boat at all. Most of them have their "approved shipwrights" and will not let you bring in someone into the yard to work in your boat that's not on their list. It's becoming a brown noseing club and all about making money for the marina.

Port of Everett is one of the worst experiences I have had.
