Spencer 35, PNW, Project, cheap

Estate sale, a friend's Father in law. Spencer 35, (Hal Roth!) been left on it's own in the marina for a few years. Fortunately theres been a drier/heater on so not wet inside etc. But a real project.
-Filthy outside
- 3 serviceable sails (I only looked at them inside the bags)
-propane stove (shipmate?) 2 cylinders and BBq.
-Has holding tank.
-Vetus diesel but not working and a couple hoses disconnected for unknown reason.
-Dirty and needs work, a real project but seems solid on a quick look. Some cabinet doors need replaced. Galley sink removed to get at the engine I think.
-Bronze portlights.
-Surpisingly dry inside for sitting so long. Radio working, Big compass etc.

Not sure what they are doing yet, but if they sell it probably $5k or so. Email me if you are local with an interest and I will update when I find out.
Problem is.. how do you move it with non working engine...?

Update; Family says get it out of there. Moorage slip is sold. This boat is available, any offer considered. Needs to be gone from Skyline Marina by April though. Dry inside. It's a project. Has anchor windlass also. Been sitting 7 years. slimy outside!
