So far:
USCG documentation (make multiple copies with color printing, there is a paper available ("buff" I think?) that is a perfect match. That way when you go ashore, take a non original.
Dinghy registration
MMSI cert
Pets (what do I need that is not specific to any particular destination?) Any checkup and vaccinations.
List of crew w/Name, pass port number, DOB (what else?)
.......
......

Thanks,
Tracy and Kim

This is a living document that changes as and when required. I don’t care whether others share my views, values or requirements, you have yours, I have mine. I simply postulate my manual as an example for others to get an idea of what is required.

Hope this is of value to some.
Very nice piece of work!

Re: Boat information folder for cruising - what to include?

If you are traveling internationally with pets you can make things easier by making sure they are chipped and that all records of vaccinations and other preventive care clearly show the chip information. This makes it much easier to convince officials that the pet you are presenting is the one on the documents. Lots of places are pretty easy in this regard, but if you decide to head to one of the places that isn’t you’ll be glad you took the extra steps.

CassidyNZ, I appreciate you sharing your manual. Hope you don't mind my using it as a template as I draft my own.
