SoCal haul-out & dry storage for 50" monohull [emergency]

Hi everyone!
What are the top 5 locations in SoCal to haul out a 50" monohull?
Would need to keep the boat there for 6-12 months.
Already in San Diego (mission bay) and need to haul out ASAP without getting on a waitlist, etc (the money is no object).
Where would you do it and why?

in mission bay you have driscoll yard. in sd bay you have driscoll and shelter island boatyards then you have kohler yard. south bay you have a boatyard that keeps changing names, used to be called south bay .. that is your choice of yards in san diego. best of luck.
