People who have their homes on shore just hate it when a boat bum hangs his wash out to dry. They really get twisted when they realize you,re living in THEIR neiborhood on the cheap. They really go balistic when they see soap bubbles floating on the water and nothing you say will convince them that your head doesn't dump god knows what in THEIR water.

If there is even street runoff into the water, don't use a watermaker.

Otherwise -- go for it.
