Best option Marinas, Anchorage, Moorings near Split Croatia - economical, convenient

Greetings from Sailing Thankfulness,

Stephen and I are Aussies and are new to Sailing/Cruising. We will be live-a-board and hope to arrive in Croatia in February 2021 to where our boat is currently located in the ACI Pomer Marina.
We want to move closer to Split and would value members recommendations for either a Marina, Anchorage or Mooring.
We know we will have many new owner costs and would prefer not to spend the expense on a Marina, but we are not sure what other good options we would have.
We need to either pay for the annual renewal marina cost at the end of February or have a good alternative lined up.

If a Marina is recommended, which one would members recommend that are not high end expensive?

Are there any recommendations for where to have the yacht serviced, antifouled ect as well.
