And finally.....if your cabin guest still complain after you just spent $3,000 after reading solutions here for the Fiddle vs. cushion controversy from you're fellow sail boaters here, tell your guests that also upon their weekend cruise aboard with you, the porta-potty will stink, iced refreshments will be served luke-warm, a thunder storm turned sqaul, and that it's not Demi Morre, but Dinty Morre, that will be served upon your third frustrated try at anchoring!

If you got the stiffest foam available it would be like sleeping on a board. 40lb foam is about the hardest I would use and its very stiff. i find the most comfortable foam cushions are made with stiff foam on the bottom and soft foam laminated to the top. If you can feel something under 4" foam its likely at the most 30lb.
