Services like Mail, INC can also provide some stability of mail address. They can hold mail, sign for and receive packages for you and even forward them to you where ever you are in the world.

I tried that once a long time ago in Marathon when they didn't want to put my mother's address on my drivers license. When I suggested my lat/long they ended up giving me a Florida drivers license with her Georgia address on it. You know what the DMV really wants? They want an address where they can be sure you will receive mail from them. That is their priority number one.

How to live free in an unfree world? Keep a low profile.
Anybody who volunteers information to bureaucrats deserves it.
